As an engagement consultant at DecisionWise, Stephen partners with organizations to make data-driven decisions about employee engagement.

Stephen joined DecisionWise in 2016 and during his tenure he has also worked as an Assessment Advisor and Assessment Team Lead where his focus was the successful deployment and debrief of employee surveys for large organizations.  Prior to joining DecisionWise, Stephen worked in video production where he managed finances and strategy.  In his spare time he enjoys writing poetry, making stained glass windows, weightlifting, and hiking.

Stephen has a Bachelor of Science degree in Social Psychology from Brigham Young University.
