Rogério Chér is head of consulting for DecisionWise, Brazil. He holds a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Fundação Getulio Vargas and an MBA in International Business from the University of São Paulo. Rogério is former HR Director of the largest Brazilian cosmetics company, Natura, which owns The Body Shop and Avon. He specializes in leadership, organizational culture and employee engagement.
