Dr. Marshall blends nearly three decades of leadership experience with a PhD in Clinical Psychology, creating a coaching style that is personal, professional, and grounded in experience. She believes that effective leadership is rooted in synergistic relationships that inspire creativity and positive results.

Through excellent customer service, connection with community resources, and contract management, the practice grew to a thriving clinic that still serves the community today. In 2003, Dr. Marshall took on the leadership of multidisciplinary teams of professionals within a growing mental health organization. In this position, she managed three programs, 30 employees, and a multi-million dollar budget. She took an active role in bringing assessment and consultation to all layers of management within the company.

Geri joined DecisionWise in 2015, where she provides senior-level coaching services. She facilitates an effective blend of executive development, rooted in counseling psychology.
