Beth Wilkins, Ph.D.

Executive Coach and Associate Consultant

As Executive Coach and Associate Consultant at DecisionWise, Beth is responsible for helping individuals, teams, and organizations see and move toward their potential. Her passion for this work has grown through 20 years of experience and education in the discipline of development. Her expertise includes organization development, talent management, change management, and strategy, with a special love for executive coaching and diversity.

Prior to joining DecisionWise, Beth led organization effectiveness teams within complex, global organizations. She was the Head of Organization Effectiveness at a global non-profit and the Director of Talent Development at Oracle. Some of her accomplishments include designing and facilitating Oracle’s Global Leadership Academy, implementing a global 360 process and coaching network, designing mentor and job rotation programs, and launching a diversity and inclusion function. In addition, she played a key role in the change management and team engagement initiatives for over 65 acquisitions. She has also been a principal consultant at the RBL Group, where she focused on organization and leadership development in the retail, banking, and pharmaceutical industries.

Beth became passionate enough about transformation to pursue a Ph.D. in Instructional Psychology with a focus on transformative learning. She also has an M.S. in Instructional Psychology and Technology and a B.A. in Humanities and French. She is an ICF certified, executive coach and a graduate of both the Coaches Training Institute and Marshall Goldsmith’s Stakeholder Centered Coaching Program. In addition, she is fluent in French and has lived in France, Switzerland, and Israel. Her customers include leaders and teams throughout Europe, Asia, and the Americas.
