Adam Koozer joined DecisionWise in 2017 and currently works as a consultant advising executive and HR professionals on how to measure, evaluate, and develop employee experience strategies.

He uses DecisionWise’s 25-years of experience and industry-leading database to better understand what creates an engaging work environment and what experiences need to be formed for employees to feel safe, engaged, and fulfilled in their work.

Prior to his role as a consultant, he led the enterprise client success function focused on creating world-class product experiences. He also spent time as a consulting analyst working with Fortune 500 companies to manage leadership development programs and employee engagement surveys.

Adam received his undergraduate degree in Psychology from the University of Utah where he specialized in human relations. He is currently completing a Master of Business Administration degree from the Jon M. Huntsman School of Business at Utah State University.
