Our Leadership Intelligence® technology platform makes it simple to collect and analyze employee feedback on engagement and leadership. Our engagement professionals work with HR professionals, heads of organizations, managers and leaders, and employees across the globe to turn this feedback into results.

DecisionWise services include employee engagement surveys, multi-rater feedback (360-degree feedback), team assessments, psychometric and leadership assessments, organization development, and training.

Who we are

DecisionWise was founded in 1996. With corporate offices in the United States, and dedicated affiliate partners throughout the world, DecisionWise operates in over 70 countries and conducts employee surveys and assessments in over 30 languages.
As the premier and most widely-recognized employee experience firm in the industry, our Employee Engagement Teams are made up of industrial-organizational psychologists and psychometricians (fancy names for professionals who measure and understand how people think and behave in the workplace). Our Technology Teams have built a survey and assessment platform that gathers feedback and provides powerful people analytics and reporting to our clients. Our Assessment Teams work with our clients and partners to design, administer, analyze, and report on the assessment and survey results. We have been at this for more than two decades. Even then, we have been recognized for the past three years as one of the Inc. 5000 Fastest Growing Companies in America. We are even more proud of the successful organizations, teams, and individuals we have helped our clients develop.

DecisionWise was formally founded in 1996, yet our consulting and assessment roots extend well beyond that date. In 1992, our founding partners pioneered innovative applications of survey feedback to bring about personal and organizational change. DecisionWise developed one of the world’s first technology platforms capable of gathering both 360-degree feedback and large-scale employee feedback.

Throughout our initial years, DecisionWise steadily gained a reputation for getting results through measurement and feedback. What began as a small three-person consulting firm grew to build an impressive clientele by providing 360-degree feedback, organization surveys, training, and talent assessment. During that time, we added a number of survey tools and assessments to our arsenal, allowing us to work with our clients to measure and improve individual and organizational employee engagement.

Growth brought on additional consultants, industrial psychologists, HR and organization development professionals, coaches, programmers, and experts in survey administration and psychometrics. It also meant we were recognized as an “Inc. 5000 Fastest Growing Companies in America”—for three consecutive years! Our worldwide headquarters moved from three buildings in Provo, Utah, USA, to our newly constructed offices in Springville, Utah, USA, and we opened our first office outside of the U.S.
